β β β β β Had a brilliant stay. It was calm and clean, situated in a good location, served a great meal and the staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.

β β β β β In this restaurant GM deals with customers not managers, untrained staff,untrained cook and lazy staff to collect orders and also manager do receptionist work.sorry boss but very bad experience in this hotel.

Very bad service will never refer anyone there.

option is seeing for post....publicly...worst worst worst experience ever in my life....on 18th February 2022 we had gone at that place...from agra....in my life I have never experienced that if you go to attend a marriage and rooms are already booked by the groom side and on of that u have to give a id card for room booking...ok my hubby had given one id card..n for another room he is asking for another id card.....we don't have another id at that time....but let it be....owner or wtever he is worst person I have seen in my life.....he was saying if u will give me the id card than I will give u an another room..but one thing when we will book a room personally and we will not give the id card that,s not good but when we are invited for marriage than why we will give u a id card. One id card we have given to him than why we give an another one...n continously he is arguing with us...than we are also stick that we will not give id n he didn't give us a room finally...he has lost rooms rent and his hotel reputation. ......

He is the owner of the place, when owner is this kind of than what you can imagine for the other staff...and services.....

β β β β β Hotel infrastructure is good. But services are basic. I had to call to reception to put basic toiletries in bathroom. TV don't work
Best part is centralised AC and food. A bit overpriced in comparison to nearby hotel and parking is open on service road but reachability is good
