Update 20/02/2022 Did sample unit visit, shown the unit of our dimension but not the booked unit! I understand that my unit isn't ready yet. All room dimensions look smaller than the model house that was there before. We were told except the foyer rest will be same. It is not same. So bit unhappy with that!. Upgrading my review to 4 stars from 1 considering the quality of the building, clubhouse, amenities and importantly the location. Location is a major plus point for the project!! Considered giving a premium amount for the location and the Brand Brigade! The negative review is for brand Brigade who take premium payments and not so transparent with customers!! Workmanship is good but keeping customers is also very important! Make things easy for us and prospective customers. Do not complicate things for us is the only request from our end!! Update 10-02-2022 A relief that u were able to secure the OC. U conducted a one way webinar to give us the update. But many of our questions were unanswered. 1. Why allow only to visit sample unit when u have secured the OC? Isnt it means safe to visit when BBMP has cleared for OC means? Why not allow for inspection and take measurements before the final payment? So that we dont have to run behind you if the unit is not according to what u promised? 2. Some one in webinar said site visit to ur unit only after full payment and a week before registration. Are u blackmailing ur customers because u have lawyers on pay roll for a long legal battle? 3. If you are so customer centric allow site visit before the final payment and rectify the problems before handover. 4. Also she said if any lags/problems u can not rise it during site visit. Rise it only after handover. We will rectify!! We are paying for a new home.. Not the one that needs repairs immediately after buying. If any problems u have to rectify before handover!! 5. How wise it is to register a flat without actually seeing it? Original review: Lot of delay in handing over!! Builder not giving any realistic timeline nor even allowing a site visit in spite of so many requests by the buyers!! A site visit would pacify the aggrieved buyers!! Stop saying safety issues.. No work goes on Sundays.. I just visited the site today.. No heavy machinery at site. Why can't a site visit be allowed? Remember u are supposed to arrange a site visit as per agreement, which you have violated. So basically agreement itself is violated from your end. Later do not say we will charge you interest for delayed payment. We are paying the interest for already released amount, plus EMI to the loans and the rent for extended current stay! Also why are u not allowing a visit by interior companies to take measurements? U want to promote ur own interiors entity- Brigade Plus? U think after so many delays and the way we are treated any one would go with brigade plus?!

Review Updated - 5 star - Timelines Things moved pretty fast after my review, Registration was done on March 18, Received handover on April 5. Construction quality is excellent and ambience is quite good. Overall it was been extra 1 year wait (citing pandemic) and it is totally worth it. Original Review - 1 star -- Booked the flat on 31-March-2019. Builder has collected 90% payment promptly, but project timeline is extended by 1 year, due to external circumstances. While brigade portrays it as labour shortage problem but they are starting new projects like Brigade gem and a new commercial project in varthur road. The worst part is customers after paying nearly 1 cr are not allowed to see their own house. Builder hasn't allowed any visit till date.

I was interested in getting in touch with the builder for this project.. So went through the reviews ! Couple of things I noticed : whenever a customer has said that there are issues with the project the builder's response has been " We are unable to get in touch with you" When a customer says " there is lack of transparency " builder's response has been " we have been transparent and there are external circumstances...".. at no point any effort has been made to explain the external circumstances! Fail to understand, how can all customers who complain are never reachable ?

This was our first home buy. Self & wife was super excited/proud to be a part of Brigade family. Little did we know that it will turn to a nightmare after 3 years. While booking an 2bhk in 2019, we were shown the model 3bhk flat adjacent to the site office. There was no 2bhk model. We were convinced that 2Bhk will be similar except 1 bhk with attached bath will not be there. We trusted. In the last 3 years, never ever we were allowed to see the progress of the construction citing some workers accident at site. After 1.5-year delay, finally we were told that Woods have received OC & in webinar it was told that owner can visit the flat before registration. Last week, we visited the site hoping to see our dream flat, but disappointment started here. 1)We still were NOT allowed to see our own flat again citing safety reason & was showed a similar size flat. It was told that after registration [i.e. 100% payment] we can see the flat with site team to note & report flaws (if any). 2)During alternate 2bhk visit, we observed that flat looks much smaller than the demo flat (minus 1 bed, 1 bath) that we saw during booking. Since the demo unit was dismantled (strange!!!), we had no option to compare now. [very smart fooling] 3)Wall to wall distance was 0.5m to 1m less compared to dimension shown on layout map, thus, the constructed flat looks smaller that demo flat. 4)In between flat to periphery wall there was not a single tree. Trees all around flat was shown as USP of β€œWoods” during booking. 5)Many flats were placed over underground parking ramp, which was not clearly mentioned during demo unit visit. Finally, we returned back, disappointed, cheated that even after paying close to 10 million INR for a 2 bhk, we own a below average small flat.

I and my wife we have bought apartment in woods. Starting from booking process it has went real smooth. The builders have maintained transparency throughout execution if project. We have now seen the apartment and are very pleased nd happy with outcome. The quality of materials used are very good. I would definitely recommend the woods if anyone is looking to purchase.

We were one of the earliest ones to book the flat in Dec 2018. After seeing the flat we were assured that wait was worth. Quality is excellent and we are very satisfied. Amongst pandemic brigade kept transparency and overall experience has been smooth. Will definitely recommend anyone if you get one with good view.

I was really interested in buying an apartment here considering the flat configurations, location and build quality and of course the brand Brigade. However, due to the following reasons I pulled out finally: a) Only flats available from the builder are on the ground floor - the other option was to go for resale. b) In resale, I noticed most of the flats that were on the sale were in the blocks where there is no view and sunlight available due to two towers facing each other at hardly a distance of 20-30 ft. In addition, the parking ramp was just below these flats which can create a lot of noise in the future c) For the flats which have their balconies South facing, some of the towers are right adjacent to a colony where metro construction laborers are residing. In my view this should create a lot of disturbance in future considering this is a low rise and tower distance from the boundary wall is not much. I have seen quite a few apartment listings for resale already in such towers. d) There is no service lift in the towers which is really surprising considering this is a basic requirement from someone like Brigade brand. I currently live in a society where this situation is and I have faced lot of inconvenience because of the same especially in the morning times. All in all, considering some of the positives like peaceful area, location, brand etc I would only recommend to go for this society if you are able to find a flat that is in the towers with ample sunlight and minimal disturbance.

We have bought flat here. Brigade has kept it's name once again. Quality is awesome. Finishing I'd awesome. The entire payment process is smooth and the team send email with update of project status. I would definitely recommend if anyone is looking to purchase apartment in this location.
