★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very good locality and very nice people in the flat..only problem is builder he shouts at everyone standing at the gate ..and he dont know the basic of manners and dont know to behave after party and how to handle customer or flat owners..i stay here in the same apartment as bachelor ..i can understand how he reacts to everyone..so i am vacating tata bye bye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here long ago and i heard builders and landowners are troubling the flat owners ... no point in buying the flat if they are not done the land conversion to Build the apartment..Its not A khata property as even RTC is not showing conversion done Survey number 68/1 ... someone posted betterment charges not paid ..may be true ..fake guys ..avoid such land owners..

'pros and cons'
Pros:
1Good Locality near to WF Main road.
2Good Building structure except middle flats
3Price reasonable
4east side and north facing flats are good with good view
5Sarrounding space with walking path is good
6Deviation not much
7.CERA quality for bathroom is plus
8.They promised OC and backup machine also there
9 pipeline is also good,rainwater harvesting also done
10.Plant if they put surrounding is good.
Cons:
1 only one bore-well for entire apartment
2 cleanliness is Zero as maintenance not started yet
3 plastering quality is not that great look like
4.entrance is very bad dirty with tiles and full fo mud and underground tanks kept open
5backside compound wall is pathetic with dirty mud
6night time no lights on the compound no CCTV
7as someone wrote anyone can enter easily as security room itself not clear and no register entry
8NO NAME BOARD to reach the place i struggled
9 not sure about OC but lets see
10 for now project is under construction though few families are staying at there with muds and sounds.
