★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally occupied by Nestaway apartments. A bit of dirty, but ok for bachelor's if they can compromise. Eatables and restaurants are walking distance away. Poor household water quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments are not well ventilated and very dark throughout the day. Lots of mosquitoes are present to make things worse. Facilities like clubhouse, swimming pool, gym etc. are also not present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are too small. Street outside is quite crowded. It's only approx. 500 metres from the ITPL gate no. 03, that is an advantage. Still rent here is exorbitant as compared to the facilities provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A society so bad y you wouldn't feel like staying here even for a month. There isn't any security or a secretary to take care of basic needs. No maintenance at all and water and electricity supply is a big issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is good and well maintained. It has facilities like Power backup, water supply, Lifts, etc. There are total 3 building blocks attached to eachother. Apart from this it does not have any other facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment in congested place. No security. Parking space is provided for one car and 1 bike max only for each room. Rooms are not big. No signals for jio and vodafone. Airtel signals are fine. Don't know about others.
