★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent apartment, 24 hours water and power, Calm locality, Walkable to ITPL gate, metro, malls, bus station etc. Uber and Ola always available 24x7, So are electric bikes due to proximity to ITPL Gate

1. Location: Near to ITPL, PSN, bus stops with lots of locals shops nearby
2. Cozy apartments
3. Basic amenities available: gym, badminton court, children's play area
Cons:
1. No power back-up. Generator services have been out of order for months with no sign of getting it restored in the near future
2. Waste-management can be improved a lot
Overall, a value-for-money option to rent if you have offices nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's close to ITPL ~5 mins walk l, but the apartments, they are badly made small rooms, absurd rules, parking is there, but if you are planning for rent forget your deposit.
PLEASE TRY OTHER APARTMENTS FOR NO PROBLEMS/HEADACHES WHEN VACATING THE RENTAL APARTMENT
There are apartments available near by for same or almost same rent which are newly constructed and have better facilities AVOID THIS SOCIETY
