Now they are ignoring me. The worst owner ever seen, once they collect the money as a advance amount will never be given back.
Not good place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: spacious rooms, food unlimited(except non veg), regular cleaning, less amount for such kind of rooms, two washing machines available, pleasant atmosphere, Tv is common (available in hall).
cons: no lunch, common bathroom( just like double bedroom house with single bathroom ), power cuts, for drinking water need to go top or ground floor.
as there are other reviews saying, they wont give advance back.......they said to me as well that the advance will be given back only prior notice of vacating that is 1 month. took 2k...in which 1k is not refundable(maintenance) and 1 k is refundable.
