Owner are very friendly, food is Hygienic
Best place to stay in that area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quite good PG. Washroom are in good condition. rooms are slightly bigger compared to other PG. Food quality can be improved but manageable. overall can stay in this PG for sometime. surrounding area is bit crowded. Please help me give like if this comments are helpful. Thanks a lot! It has balcony as well to keep clothes drying after washing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infrastructure and quantity of food is nice but wifi is very bad, you would need to get your own wifi. Also remember to give one month notice period to get your security deposit back.
Update: The rent has increased and the quality remains same or in some cases it got worse like many times i dont get some food item in breakfast even though I go before the end time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse behaviour of Mr & Mrs Prasad who maintains this PG.. my daughter staying there in sravya from last 2 months .. no maintenance.. no proper wifi... No responsibility of things. If we ask they will shout on us ... And they say vacate the room... .. It's wast of money for nothing . I won't suggest this.

Quality is quite good, 3 meals
Variety not too many, but still better

Browsing Speed - OK (30 Mbps)
Upload Speed - Poor (700 Kbps)
Face a lot of issue while office work
Washing Machine - 2/5
Poor Maintenance
Only 2 working machines
Always full, water supply is too bad for washing machine
Electricity - 3/5
During day time too much issue.
Sometimes electricity is gone for 2-3 hrs also.
TV Channels - 2/5 (Not good)
Won't get any good channels
Have to buy seperately
Gym - 2/5
Small Gym also available on top floor
Vehicle Parking - 4/5
Parking space available underground
Nearby Places - Grocery easily available, Daily essential easily available, Good Restaurant available, Near ITPL Gate 3,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Pg is very nice in ITPL area. I have stayed here during the pandemic time also the pg owners followed all precautions required for the safety. All the amenities are good and maintained. A very secured place for ladies specially.
