★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place overall. The problem is for the people living in A block the place us secluded and isolated from other two blocks and even to access amenities such as GYM,Park and pool you need to come out and cross over the road that is filled with parked cabs and stray dogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice & calm place with good community and has facilities like swimming pool, gym, recreation, community hall etc. It's located 150 mtrs away from main road (no traffic noise) surrounded by a lake and buildings.
ITPL and other company offices in EPIP are at either walkable distance or a short drive.
This apartment is surrounded by Manipal hospital, Zuri hotel, Forum mall (under construction).
