★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After living 1 year and a half in a tower apartment I'd like to warn potential future residents about the following points:
1/ This is not a calm environment as it can be said in the reviews from people coming for visiting for a day:
- the engines of the companies located right in front of the property are running 24/7.
- the adjacent brewery is dragging a lot of people especially on weekends with the music up until midnight: don't plan to rest after a working week
- the sewer cover at the exit of the building is loosy so there is a big metallic noise EACH time a vehicle leaves the property
- nothing in the construction has been thought soundproof so you will hear everything that happens in the corridor (elevator bells, neighbors doorbell, usual shouts and noise) and from the apartment above
2/ Speaking of working (from home), the power supply is not reliable: there is no inverter so ALL your electric equipment is disconnected each time there is a power cut (the internet router too), which happens around 5 times a day
3/ It's impossible to have a proper discussion with property management: the answer in case of dispute is always about suspending services such as diesel generator back-up or waste pick-up. Also, it's better to not speak English only otherwise you will feel lost when people is discussing a matter of your interest in front of you.
In conclusion: there are plenty of other residences in Bangalore, give it a try elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm shocked by the overall rating of 4.4 which is largely biased with the confusion brought by the restaurant nearby... which deserves its high rating.
Also, people coming just for 1 day in the weekend: please avoid rating something you don't know.
This place is NOISY!!!
Construction work is happening outside the residence, inside the residence and inside the apartments around, weekdays and weekend. When it rains, you have the water pump at any time of the night on top.
When you see how much you are charged to get a rental in a tower, this is unbelievable. If you are looking for calm or plan to work from home: to avoid!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food, loved the oatmeal stout beer and the Irish Meltdown dessert. Service is a tad slow. Ambience is amazing, the pub is designed around an array of bookshelves to give it a feel of a library and you can sit for hours and read a book. Prices are on the higher side.
