★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow construction and delay in handover.. my friend bought flat in 2018 by considering Builders previous projects and good connectivity to locations.. while booking Builder committed to finish the project early and handover by Mid of 2019 then by December 2019 and later by March 2020.. and now further delayed due to Covid. They give different reasons for delays and low on commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an apartment and the service from builder is really bad. Even after receiving OC 1 years back the building looks like a under construction. Swimming pool is not completed yet and builder has offered basement/parking as swimming pool (always filled with water).
No amenities still after 1 yr. worst service from builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After buying a flat for huge money, the amount of service and facility you get is Pathetic. you can visibly see the luxury apartment from entrance till basement. Builder don't have seriousness of people staying in the flat with such facilities even though they see it everyday for last one year. Maintenances is for name sake from Power backup, dogs around, Garbage on basement, rain water on the corridor the cleanliness of the facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked flat one year back in Pavani Divine six months back i shifted It's a good society. Really liked the club house area and the swimming pool.It's relatively new and hence well maintained too. Based on my short term stay and my relatives long term stay, it can be said that it's a good place for anyone in hoodi, Whitefield . upcoming metro stations are just walkable distance. if any body is looking for flat in this area Pavani Divine is the best option to buy good flat, already they provided OC and A khata. iam fully satisfied with their work . go for it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased an apartment here thinking it will be worth the money paid. But horror struck is after we got the handover. The waterproofing work for bathrooms is pathetic. Water leaks from all the bathrooms to the walls outside and all the paint work is spoilt. When we complained to the builder they denied telling it is poor paint quality. After following up for three months they agreed to look Into it. But still the issue is not resolved. They just came and scraped the paint and told us that once it dries it will be fine. I mean what kind of a solution is this. We are still following up for the issue to be resolved but there is no proper response from them. They are just bothered about selling the remaining flats and moving out . To anyone planning to buy the flat here. Beware. Look I to things carefully, because I am not the only person facing issues. Talk to the flat owners here to get clear picture. Coz it's not a small investment.
