Pros
Flats are well designed, has spacious balcony and has lot of open space for free air and light to enter.
A small walking track between flats looks good and nice terrace.
Near to many companies
Cons
Road infront of apartment is toooo conjusted, it gets blocked many times.
Parking lot is good for only few flats, if you have big car and get some crazy parking spot, it takes hours to park a car. I really suffered a lot of these.
No proper parking for guest vehicles and watchmen are not at all supportive regarding this.
I stayed in many flats in bengaluru, this has the worst residents, every day in this apartment watsapp group, they just keep complaintning each other and blame each other.
Even the committee is worst. There is no proper procedure, you never find the residents as a family,
No one supportive to each other. Many of them do not even know names of other people in other flats. They just take money for maintenance and no amenities are maintained properly,
In a sentence, if you are taking rent as bachelor, go ahead, but as a family then please search other apartments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has just been a year at Sumadhura Shanghrilla and I am so happy to stay here due to good management and deciplened peoples here. Management team managed the society very well and Never allowed any quarrels to happen regarding any decisions for the betterment of the society.
They have kept meetings regularly and have discussed about any problems that have occurred and solved them quickly.
I hope this continues ahead as well.Now became the owner of one of the flat. Thanks MC for the wonderful co-ordination with the owners and make us safe During COVID situation as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for families. The Management is very well and closer to all the major IT campus in Whitefield. It's placed nextby Windmills we could think to live here in a longer term. Very kind neighbours and helpful people. All the local amenities are available right opposite.
