β β β β β Very small apartments for exorbitant prices. The apartments are actually quite cramped and the entrance to the apartments looks like a narrow gully surrounded by G+3, G+4 type buildings. I don't think the offer was value for money at all. For the same amount, you can get a much larger apartment in the IT zone (HSR, Sarjapur, Bellandur) area.
Also, I would like to warn the visitors that this company sells data to other builders. They asked me to fill up a form on their system. I typed in a last name which I normally dont use and gave them a brand new Jio number, acquired only weeks ago. In less than a month, I got a call from an unknown builder about an unrelated project, they used the same (incorrect) last name and called me on the Jio number. So if you want to give them your number ask for the Terms & Conditions and Data Sharing Policies of their internal application, unless you like being bothered from pesky sales people.

I am awaiting to see some logical and details reviews about this project because i am interested in buying an apartment here.
I am not able to convince myself just by seeing 5* rating with 'good' and 'very good' comments.
Appreciate, if owners may write detailed reviews like dispute in property (if any!), liking or disliking etc.
