★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware! Absolutely pathetic marketing and sales team! They don't know the product themselves, we were given different information everytime we asked a question, they were not even clear about the square feet of various apartments, etc.
If given an option of being given a temporary apartment until POARR is ready, please do not consider, you're indirectly being charged rent for the same, you could rent out the same apartment for half the price yourself! Also, worst part of TE, they expect people buying 6-8 crores worth of apartments to stay in non furnished, substandard, unclean and unpainted apartments, basic facilities lacking in the space provided and TE refuses to do basic work costing a few thousand rupees on the house for a customer who has committed to pay 6-8 crores of rupees! Had to have multiple follow ups to do the basic cleaning done! Finally had to bear the cost ourselves! This is what we get in return for agreeing to buy an apartment upwards of 6 crores! Absolutely pathetic! I'm scared whether the final POARR product is also gonna be like this! I can't fathom how troublesome it will be for Total Environment to deliver on their promises! A simple rental home can't be managed by them! Totally regret my decision! Don't fall in their trap, save yourselves some money and some peace of mind!
