★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is good if going for a deal directly via builders.
Never book any of flats from the land owners share.they have around 51 flats under the land owners name.
They first quote less price for it then they delay the deal n increase it.They also deviated from that they quoted earlier in our case.Not reliable at all.
Better to go via builders.
Otherwise the property is good,flats are spacious and location is very prime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience.The building,construction,swimming pool etc. all the builds are just awesome.Hats off to the Vaswani builders for building such a masterpiece.Only few units left to be sold.So in case you are looking forward to an awesome future home experience do visit this property.

1) lake is encroached by almost 48k sq ft from vaswani side . Certain Sunil Gupta is the culprit.
Govt site of rajakaluve is showing that name.
Not sure if issue is resolved .
2) I found naala on the map close by
These are the red flags . Hence did not proceed.
Partial OC from BBMP is received till 15th floor but again if NGT wants it can be challenged in the court, if the issue mentioned above is not resolved .
Owners or potential buyer should do their due diligence.

Neighborhood is also rich and calm. Hospital shopping mall, home improvement store are at walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much overpriced and not good response from executive. They simply looks from top to bottom whether we are capable of buying flat or not!! Incorrect facts were provided and entry is not as grand as overall inside apartment. Flat is ok, but looked dark mainly all 4 bathrooms, no sun light.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No greenery at all. Looks like a cluttered building with very little open space. Even modern security arrangements are not available inside the flats. Fire safety has not been taken care of properly.

Special thanks to Ritesh(Sales Manager) and Santosh(CRM) for providing all the support possible and going beyond call of duty to ensure a smooth handover. The property is located at a prime location. Building quality and finishing work is quite impressive. The materials used are of excellent quality. The floor plan has segregated space for hall/dining/kitchen/bedrooms. Spacious and large balconies. It has been a very positive experience right from the day of visiting the flat to completing the registration. Sincere thanks to Vaswani team who worked on this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good ,but occupants are less. Overpriced compared to well reputed builders.
Some flats have less ventilation and less natural light.
Floor plan looks good but they have not given any thought on Pooja room space , being Indian builder it is quite surprising they are not thinking about Indian Hindu Buyer/culture. After paying huge money like 2Cr one has no space for Pooja is quite pathetic.No greenery/trees inside the campus .Few flats have hall balcony facing another tower of their own construction. It looks like builder doesn't understand this generation buyer. They have to design as per the mass need of the buyer. Builder/Architect is of 1970 model very much beginners style I don't recommend this project for those who value hard earned money.
