Ideal place for IT professionals to live in, as it's a very strategic location especially who work in ITPL, Whitefield stretch, Been for site visit Construction quality seems good. Overall looks promising project for me.

Project is located on main road, there is lovely response from the sales team, booked a flat in this project. Thanks to specially Khyser from sales team who have tremendously did a great job to enable us to explored all aspects of this project. This can be consider as good option for home seekers.

A new real estate project by SV Developer, is well planned for floor plan of each unit. It's located right on the main road to Hoodi. I was self assured of good construction and competitive price, when visited. At least one should look first before deciding to buy any other flat in same area. I think it's a great investment decision, if want to invent in real estate.

Convenient location, well planned layout (with no common walls) and competitive pricing are the USP. My son has booked an apartment here. Construction quality and pace is good so far, hope it gets delivered on time.

I have recently been for a site visit for this project, Looking forward to Booking. Good Quality Construction with the design that provides natural sunlight & good Ventilation, Loads of Amenities & the most important is Competitive price. The progress of the project is good and we wish that it is delivered well in time. Located on the main road of Hoodi. Hoping for the best!

The project is conveniently located right on the Whitefield/ITPL main road, 500 meters from Hoodi Junction towards ITPL, a minute walk away from the Rajapalya bus stop. The upcoming Hoodi Metro station, existing Hoodi Railway station, Manipal Hospital, Forum Shantiniketan Mall all are located within its 1KM radius. ITPL is 2KM away, and Pheonix Market City is less than 3KM away. So location wise its very well placed. The layout of the project is good, with no common walls between the flats, the construction quality and pace is also fine so far, The price is also competitive. Home seekers in this area should consider and visit this project once. Sales team is quite prompt and the builder considers the feedback, hope it gets delivered on time.

Its the best project with competitive price in Hoodi. Its connect to main road of Hoodi ,while going towards Shantineketan, having all the necessary amenities. At 1 Km, we have Forum Shantineketan mall, Manipal Hospital little further we have Cloud Nine. Within 3-5 Km, accessible to all the major IT companies. Near by various local shop, Kids school, local supermarket, gas station, Banks and Medical shops.

I am impressed by the transparency, I received, from the builder . The builder gave me all the documents and gave enough time to get it validated by a lawyer. Never felt any pressure from the builder. Kudos to that. Project is at a very premium location and I loved its location. Area wise the flats are good enough with competitive price. Amenities are also great. Project is spread in a 2.5 acre land and is big enough, for a pleasant walk in the evening. Build quality also seems good, but I do not have the knowledge to assess it. Thanks to Khyser and CRM team, who managed my flat related documents so well. Even though I am at my hometown, due to covid, all process related to home or loan was smooth. Hoping for a handover soon :)
