★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have lived here since late 2018. The place is, and always has been, an active construction site. Constant noise, dust, dirt, people working with concrete. It's throughout the entire complex, but A-block is the worst. They've been attempting to build the common area in between towers, it's been 7 months now (just since I've been here) and there is no end in sight. The renderings could not be further from the actual apartment and it's status. This is just the construction too, I won't get into the beehives that they beat with sticks, the cockroach and ant infestations they claim are normal, or the power and water outages that happen on a literal daily basis. Do not, I repeat, do. not. live. here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst slumlord. They charge 450 American dollars for 2 bedroom. The toilets do not flush. This happens regularly. The walls have been flooded and have mold. The patio door locks automatically. I have been stuck 3 times outside. Rats go into garbage piled up in stairwell. This is the worst place to live. All pipes in bathroom are rusted. This is a horrible place. Do not ever come here
