β β β β β Adithi Mansion is one of the few apartments to come up in this nondescript area until not long ago. The place is closer to closer to many tech companies within the vicinity of 5 kms. There is not much to talk about Adithi Mansion more than 0.5 ratings better than the ordinary apartments built around 5 years ago. Interesting things would be availability of shopping malls, schools, hospitals and connectivity in terms of shorter distances that has come up in last 5 years here.
The rentals in this area have gone up for major reason of above factors. This area doesn't have local municipal corp. supplied drinking water. One must depend on the private water suppliers which result into higher costs above the rentals. The general attitude and social quality of the neighborhood can best be rated as average in many day to day parameters.
One plus: The crime rate in surrounding area is low and can be rated as safe in general.
