β β β β β Iβm a proud owner of a flat @ Habitat Eden Heights, having lived in an independent house all our life, moving to an apartment was an intimidating one. There were lots of queries in our mind when looking an apartment, like - The location, construction quality, Vaastu, top class amenities, accessibility to work plc, top schools, social plcs, supermarkets or superstores, public transports and must say Eden heights answered all of them or even more. The property is litigation free (authenticated by my lawyers) with up to date documentations. Top class Amenities (both indoor & outdoor), prime location with proximity to metro station (huge + point). Above all exceptional sales & CRM team (Joe & Pavithra) who are responsible, friendly, and proficient.
I highly endorse this project to everyone wishing to live in the heart of Whitefield, yet far away from the chaos.

β β β β β There are many paid positive reviews from anonymous people to sell this delayed propoerty. Delayed the posession 2 times already. Very unethical Sales head and unprofessional CRM. You will not be able to connect with any one directly, let it be Finance, Lagal or Owners for any discussion. Promises over discussions will be ignored by same person declining they never promised. If you ask more questions because its your hard earned money, they will be offended. Just challenge anything if you are not convinced, then they will show you their true colours. Feel pity for the existing Owners. Even after accomodating all this , the appreciation on the property for last 5 years is way lesser than SB account interest. If you are buying a property here, please ensure the promises on papers.

β β β β β Sales head Joe Godwin behave like the property is given free to buyers. He should know that he is just a real estate broker not the owner. No proper explanation for very high GST, delay on project and Vastu. There are cracks and leak on the roof and wall which they were plastering without repairing. You point any issue, they will start comparing all other apartment and say these problems are there also. They are selling the flats to buyers who are ignorant and to those who do not raise issues. They always put pressure to customer by saying all sold but there are more than 100 flats are sill not sold.

β β β β β Initial look of the property excited me. More deeper analysis revealed the true color. Slowest ever project that i have seen. 100% sure no flat owner would give such a good rating after waiting for 6 years for possession and top of it appreciate the habitat management. Fake positive comments to get more buyers. Open badminton court is a huge negative. Even though houses are inside, amenities are all near roadside leading to more dust, noise and pollution. other than reachability to upcoming metro i don't see any positive. I would rather invest in some better builders.

β β β β β I have never seen such rude sales executive. We went there at around 2pm and the attitude of the people over there were like why you guys are even coming at this time.. when asked for the floor plan, he took a printout and literally threw on the table and was not ready for discussion or even even showing the apartment and had only one single answer.. "Come on weekday then we can show or discuss"... For all working professionals weekend is the time to explore... They just literally lost a prospective customer yesterday.

β β β β β Went there on a Sunday morning to know more about the project details. Enquired with the sales team. the possibility of seeing a real flat because of the fact that they didn't have a model flat of that particular configuration.
The salesperson replied saying that it's possible to see a flat only on weekdays and never on a weekends.
Initially i thought may be they don't have the keys or something, so kept on asking the logic behind this decision and the reply was it gets crowded in a weekend and was so rude in saying its just not possible.
Is this how you guys sell a product.? A perfect case study how not to be sales person.
15 minutes of my time wasted in this trash.
The so called amenities right just after the front gate looks straight like a scene out of a war torn town.
Only positive i could see is the location which is about 200m away from the nearest Metro Station.

β β β β β I was looking for a flat & I came across Eden heights since it's near to where I stay (just walk able distance.) As many do, I got into google to see reviews & the I became more curious when I saw the negative reviews on the project. I decided to walk in to make an enquiry.
Let me tell you the experience I had with the sales person Bhavya was amazing. In fact with few staffs as well. I took my wife as well after few days, we met the sales head he showed us around spoke very transparent on the situations they went through. We had a great experience in home buying. I am now a proud owner of a flat at Habitat Eden Heights.
I feel there is lot of negative publicity going on this project, some might call my review as paid review too.
I made a point to write down my experience was just because I was so impressed with the way my family was treated during my multiple visits. My decision to buy was based on the construction quality, location, transparency of the facts & amazing team.
My take on this project is value for money.
