Basic utility is very poor.

1: it is just attached to a graveyard.
2: As it is near to hoodi railway ,there will be lot of noise of trains coming and going.i dont think you will travel every day from train.
3:on the other side there is a slum area ,people drinks and fight every day.
4:security is very rude and unprofessional.
5:gym and pool are under maintained and especially pool stinks as there is no much cleaning done and any ways who build pool inside ,it should be in open space.
6: serious issues with power backup.
I have been living here for 7 months but because of these issues i am moving.
Please read this carefully before moving here.

The major advantage of the society is very close to railway station, bus stop, super markets, shops etc. Its very close to major IT companies. Walkable distance to school. Good society for families and bachelors. If the security doesn't allow the opposite gender of the bachelors to enter the society in the nights, it doesn't mean that the society is bad. All are mature and kindly understand.
