★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not seen the building from Inside, but never seen worst behavior of Marketing manager. I went with my family to have a look at the apartment, but without any respect Manager refused to let us in. He said if you dont know anyone who stay @ apartment he will not let us in.
The same condition need to be mentioned on the website,. if Manager does not want to show apartment why do they listed/ advertise in common floor and other site. If this is behavior before purchase, you can think what can you go through post purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice pool and a nice shady play area.spacious around the apartment for cycling, jogging or walking.But the2bhk bedrooms which I saw are small.the hall and the dining area have good space.properly ventilated flats and cleanly maintained apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Apartment itself is good, of good build quality and a small swimming pool. But accessibility is a major issue. Also, there's almost nothing nearby, no proper shops to even but basic grocery. Access to ITPL area is easier.
