1) Near to railway station
2) 700m from Hoodi metro station
Cons:
1) Poor construction quality.
2) Too noisy 24x7 due to train horn sounds. The railway line is planned to further expand a bit closer to the apartment so the noise problem will only become worse

Don't even think that its value for money, pathetic construction quality. They don't even have maintenance, OC is a nightmare. Entire building has seepage problem, no lifts, no drinking water, no power and only concrete jungle. They expect everyone to climb 9 floors everytime.
Worst maintenance, they don't even pay salaries to the supporting staff.
Even if you reach out to the Owner's of Alpine they dont even brother to help you or attend your calls.
Nobody comes here for rent also, you will end up paying your loans.
Don't compromise in hour dream home, this is definitely not a safe appartment to live.
Never know when the building will fall off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a common sense.. When entire building is done then only project will receive oc!!! As alpine had others projects.as well. Which is ready to move. They have received oc. Fiesta will receive oc very shortly. So do not worry about oc!!
