★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance staff does not yield when you ask for cleanliness. Staff does not turn up despite repeated reminders. Good greenery in layout but no mechanism to take care of dry leaves, bark, waste twigs. No point in maintaining a garden as it takes weeks for trash to get picked-up. Often see people dumping their garden trash and dog poop in adjacent empty sites. Good lighting in evening on roads but trees are covering up allowing darkness. Despite charging good amount of money for maintenance -there is zero maintenance. Play area is not well maintained, rather stinks.There are some house owners in this layout who speak fowl language all the time, keeping a track of what others are doing and commenting uselessly. People bring out their dogs make them piss / poop in front of residence. Off late PG's / multi-storey building are given construction permits and we are a few years away from creating another junkyard layout. There are buildings that do not follow guidelines and still bloom. Labor (more than 10-15 per construction site) are allowed to stay who creates lot of nuisance for residents and consume resources that are for residents. Despite 17 years layout doesn't have cauvery water. It is hard borewell water that takes toll on your clothes, washing machine, water purifier, cars chrome plating and other equipments. Electricity goes of now and then. At times for half day without prior notice or intimation. Make a informed choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay in Brookfield if you are someone who loves to walk around a lot. Beautiful houses with greenery all around. If you are looking for a place that lets you have the facilities of a city along with the surrounding healthiness of a country side place then go for it.
