★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best societies in Bengaluru, very green, the doctors entrance, individual homes have their own parking space, each home have spacious Hall, kitchen included with washing area, each room have balconies. If you're looking out for rent, this is the best place to look for.

Society has gym, table tennis, billiards, basketball court, swimming pool.
Gym is not that great

The independent villas are more suited for medium to higher sector income range folks to invest.
There is a club house, and unlike the busy roads outside, here is quite calm and peaceful
