★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not feel worth investment. Price is very high though it is pre launch stage. 1.02 for 3bhk is too much for a property which will be handedover in 3 years(God knows can they really deliver in 3 years). Connectivity wise I felt it is good area but price is not reasonable , I will go for a ready to move in apartment on main road for that price.
Don't become pray for their marketing strategy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome project. All world class amenities are baked in at the heart of the city. Strategic location. All IT parks neraby, school is just few meters away. Metro and Railway station nearby. On the main route to airport. opposite to one of the biggest and maintained lake. Shared current progress. Value of money.

I would really recommend this project for people those who are looking for a home in the city and at the same time want to be away from the traffic woes. The project overlooks a huge lake and is the best in Whitefield locality.

Pros:
New concept and fresh theme of Resort like life-style
World-class amenities
Spacious Floor plans
Lot of open space
Open space to no of units ratio is too good
Subvention Offers make it affordable to anyone
Top-class model flat
Cons:
Little bit inside from Whitefield. In future the area may be developed. But currently free from Whitefield pollution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friends be careful. Most of the 5-star reviews given are from sales guys themselves. Please refer to RERA documents and then go forward. There is a proposed road from within the project which is carefully not mentioned to us at the time of booking. Also, the project construction progress is very slow. Please do your own research on the documents, other Shriram projects and then invest your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the project and the model apartment of duplex. But with Shriram properties, the only issue is the delivery time. Hopefully they will be able to deliver this project on time. All the very best to the builder as well as prospective buyers with this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project handover date commited to us is Jan'22 then postponed to April'22... But still there is no visibility from Shriram CRM team or from management about the revised handover date.Contact person of the site is not approachable and they don't pick up the call for understanding the status... Customer service is very bad.Today when we visited the property there is a proposed road which is going adjacent to property which has not mentioned by sales team while booking.. It's alarming after hearing this information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy any properties from Shriram in Bangalore. They cheat home buyers in the name of subvention scheme which banned by National Housing Bank circular NHB/ND/DRS/Policy circular no 96/ 2019-20 dated 19 July 19. They very high price for home in the name of a subvention scheme with the commitment of they will pay the pre EMI till possession but they don't. I have registered the complaint in RERA and higher government body for necessary action against such builders. I am retired from Navy and invested my retirement money but I will fight for Justice till end.
