★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the reviewer even not residing in regal Prelude. Builder don't support any of the query or problems. If you have purchased the flat from land owner then builder and their guys won't help if you are facing any issue. Builder is too slow to get all the work done. Maintenance is high and amenities are for namesake. Just for the view no one can compromise the quality. Space is not utilised smartly.
