Service expert mr Manjunath was seen very committed in customer service. Only issue is no card txns allowed but atm is closeby.

Jio was very prompt and persuasive when I wanted to install JioFiber. When time came for disconnection, no one came, and I received no service.
I had a mail chain for disconnection. I replied and started chasing them. That was pointless.
With short in time, I directly visited this office.
I started a conversation with the security guard. He got me the Manager, and then the Manager got me the ground staff who was supposed to come for disconnection.
In less than 30 minutes, the staff came to my home for disconnection. I received ₹500 refund in 12 days
Moral of the story: Visit this office to get your work done on priority.

The service center is inside this big tech village., not to get scared. Approach the securities(there are tons of securities available all around there) they will guide you to the service desk. Service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opposite to LTI, you need to get inside the tech park. Ask security for guidance. Walking distance from main gate. You can park your vehicle in the basement. Store is in ground floor. Not visible from outside, you will see once you get in the building. Only cash accepted here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service centre is located inside Mind Comp Teck Park. There are no sign board, but one can ask the security at the main entrance they will guide to the parking place and the location of the service centre. It is located on the ground floor which is not visible from outside. You will only see the place when you get inside the building. I have been there twice for the same issue. first instance the server was down coz of which billing could not be done so I had to return. Was lucky in the second instance and got the battery for my device.
2 big cons of the place:
1. Service is very slow
2. Only cash accepted here.
