Their services are also upto the mark and they r always updated. All vodafone services are available here!
The stores looks extremely premium....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and well mannered staff. But the service by IDEA VODAFONE is terrible. Been trying to port my postpaid connection since 01/10/2020 but messages sent to 1900 are either shown message failed or unable to send. It seems a mischief by the company. Today I complained to the TRAI and the Appelate Authority for West Bengal.

Remarks:No action against any complaint registered,Poor personnel in-store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located adjacent to Inda main road, Vi office is easily accessible by any vehicle. The staffs are well mannered and they do their job quite nicely and quickly. Vi Network isn't very good in Kharagpur. I had Vodafone simcard for almost a decade. But in Oct 2021, I shifted to Airtel. I was very loyal to Vodafone/Vi, but then their services degraded so steeply I couldn't bear.
