★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor Service from BSNL and its enfranchises . If internet is working then its fine. If any fault occurred, nobody will help or provide the service. Think for an alternative . No BSNL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took monthly BSNL postpaid plan of Rs-919 (deposit & service cost extra). From past 1 week the internet is down. The technical engineer's phone number is switched off. In the office no one is present to assist you. Worst service. Please choose some other operator's connection.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst broadband service. Don't even think of getting this connection. I got BSNL connection a month ago and there have been too frequent outages and interruptions (internet is down every second day literally). I am working from home and there are interruptions every 5-10 minutes. They have a pathetic customer service and extremely irresponsible employees. I have literally called them a hundred times without getting any response. They keep fooling me that others internet is working fine, only you have a problem, oh stop complaining, focus on work, etc..... like seriously????? I am paying for your service. I am not getting any pleasure out of complaining and taking this much stress. I have visited their office thrice for getting it disconnected and I have found an empty office every time. Save yourself from all the stress and look for other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Disconnected my ftth from past 3 month. But receiving every month billing. What is this? When asking then officer reply it is postpad. It means if you are getting ftth connection you will have to pay either internet is on/off. And no one are available to solve their problem.
