★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much mosquito problem in the complex, they dont clean the swimming pool. Its green in colour and has foam on it. Never been cleaned. House of Dengue, Malaria....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ properly built, pool and gym, jogging space, kauveri supply, near by malls, theatres, IT hub, hospitals, upcoming metro stations, banks, atm, local markets, near by lake with jogging track, schools, hoodi station for easier connectivity to byappanahalli metro till metro gets done. no sound pollution, no disturbances in flats. great hospitality, multi culture residents, celebrate festivals, independence day. survillance systems, pwr backup, lot many . this is best place to stay

With generator backup as electricity issue is there in this area so backup is available !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know the people staying in the apartment, aren't they paying maintenance or they ain't bothered in staying in a stinky place filled with mosquito larva.
Since February, I haven't seen the pool getting cleaned. The pool looks more of a dirty pond. Its green, filled with moss and larvae. Stinks a lot. But I believe people staying in this apartment love to see that dirty stinky pond every day that is why they don't bother to tell the concerned team to get it cleaned. If the pool is not in use, please drain out the water. It is going to give chances for diseases. Being a neighbor of the apartment, have mentioned to the people in the apartment to ask the concerned team and get it cleaned. But no one is bothered. Worst option of you choose to stay in the apartment.
