★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent or buy anywhere in Bangalore but not in this pathetic place. They are extremely rude, stubborn and mean people. I have bad experience of 16 months. It doesn't deserve even 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exorbitant maintenance, No guest parking, Minimal facilities, Ageing infrastructure, mouldy walls with seepage, party hall disused, no working showers for the pool, domestic help prices thru the roof, too small to have any classes for kids like skating, karate etc. 20% of units under lock and key. Road facing units are quite noisy and the front portion has already been marked for acquisition for road widening. The same is happening for the back portion, though not yet officially marked for acquisition yet.
Pros:Peaceful, Greenery, Pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't want to give any star to this pathetic place. Please think thrice before renting a house in this place. My experience is extremely bad. In fact worse in the past 15 years of staying in various societies of Pune, Chennai and Bangalore. These were my pain areas.
1) Extremely egoist people.
2) Very less car parking
3) No common two wheeler parking. They ask you to park in your tiny car parking along with your car.
4) Extremely rude security staff
5) No proper place for kids to play. There is a small kids play area but that's not enough for young children
6) Running very old internet wiring and not ready to upgrade. As a result max speed possible is 25 Mbps when 100+ Mbps is a norm in Bangalore.
7) 16 pages rule book to which they expect tenants adhere like 200%. Not applicable to house owners.
8) No carpenter, electrician, plumber, internet technician or any other vendor allowed everyday between 2 PM and 4 PM, 7 PM onward and on all Sundays and public holidays.
9) Extremely costly domestic help
10) They trouble people like hell in the name of security but don't have proper intercom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is too good but if you are a bachelor, there are lot of restrictions as if this is a hostel. Maintenance charges are very very high. No guest parking.
Excellent for families though.
