And then I made a premium quality GKB Nova lense from them.. The owner is very knowledgeable, who clarifies all the confusions with care.. The lenses delivered to me were in excellent quality, with Nova authentic certificate..

They have a wide range of frames and glasses from a lower price range to a higher one. I would recommend to get your glasses fixed from this store. 10 on 10...Keep it up!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday my wife and her mother visited this establishment in order to get a new pair of glasses made. It turned out to be a very disappointing experience. A man named Badrinath requested them to await their turn, saying that he would like to give them his 'personal attention'. That never happened, although the junior staff were courteous enough and helped my wife and her mother, who is a senior citizen. It was also observed that he meted out preferential treatment to customers who were ostentatiously wealthy, spending time to make small talk with them even after their business had been concluded. As for his treatment of other customers who may not have looked wealthy enough, it was rude and cold. When my wife called this guy out for this unprofessional and frankly disgusting behaviour, he shouted at her and was rude even to my mother-in-law. Eventually, after making them wait unnecessarily, he lost his cool and flat out refused to work on the pair of glasses my wife was there to purchase. He was deliberately insulting and the irony is that we generally don't get things made from establishments with unprofessional and discourteous staff/owners, and the only reason they were there is because of the recommendation of the doctor who operated on my mother-in-law's eyes. My wife usually prefers doing business with establishments like GKB Opticals or Himalaya Opticals, but we decided to give this shop a chance because of the doctor's words. It was clearly a mistake, since it gave an opportunity to a cheap, revolting, dime a dozen idiot like Badrinath to give us a taste of his complete and utter ignorance of the norms of good and professional customer service. Anger management therapy is highly recommended for him, and we also advise him to learn some etiquette and manners from his colleagues and subordinates in that two-penny establishment, which should be renamed to Loser Optical.

It's the best place for advice from the best ophthalmologists and is also good for value for money spectacles and their behaviour toward the patients is remarkable. And it is the one-stop for all problems with your eye. Now my whole family visit here regularly for regular check-up and spectacle issues. Thanks for all the assistance with all-optical issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is very humble and customer friendly. He took all the pain to show some frames in midst of many customers, for my mother. Prices are pretty reasonable. Took time to take all details patiently and even delivered the product at my home as I had real time crunch.
Very satisfied and highly recommend this shop.

He gives perfect suggestions which makes choosing frames so easy. Prices are quite reasonable and authentic products are sold here. The collection is huge along with a variety of range of lenses. Along with that, there are eye specialists are available for consultation. Overall it has been a pleasant experience here for my whole family.
