★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to get a maid for my house. They promised to give me a good maid on Monday. But they never sent me a maid and they said that the maid is coming at 11:30 which changed to 12:30 and I am still waiting. The lady who spoke to me was unapologetic and rudely told me that the maids need to come from a far off place and she cannot guarantee that she will reach at a particular time. She did not bother to keep me posted on the delay These agencies are complete useless, unprofessional and they do not know how to run their business and their soft skills sucks. It is always better to get maids directly.
