★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been to health checkup. Pathetic service and very disorganised. The staff didn't know what's the process. They were trying to rush to the ultra scan so that the doctor could leave early.
In order to complete the scans before the doctor leaves they didn't allow us to have our breakfast till 11 o clk.
I won't have given one star also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Express Clinic Koramangala is one of the worst clinics I have visited so far.
The doctors are irregular and do not come in as per the schdulsch appointment .
The staff are lackadaisical and do not care about the delay.
Additionally the place is really run down and looks like a abandoned warehouse that hasn't been cleaned in ages . I have posted pictures of the same .
My advice, best stay away from this clinic .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the clinic for annual check up - unorganised and untrained staff. The staff is confused. The person who took blood sample was not trained well. Poor experience! After 2-3 attempts I switched to another clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for health checkup. Very bad service. They didn't have the regular tube + needle to draw blood and used a syringe. The nurse didn't know how to draw blood properly and was pushing the plunger up and down.
The ultrasound doctor was more worried about leaving and took ultrasound without full bladder.
They had a mini X-ray machine without any radiation isolation pointed at the neighbouring house. Not sure if it is a cause for concern but the repeated use of that machine might not be good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lab technicians don't even know how to collect blood samples. The technician tried 4 times but she wasn't able to collect any blood sample. She just sat there with the needle stuck inside my veins waiting for the blood to come out for a few minutes which was really traumatising for me. They did not have the adeqaute needles (which are commonly available at all the other labs) available to handle cases where the veins are thin and it's a little difficult to draw blood and they shamelessly accepted that and asked me to sit for some significant amount of time with the needle stuck inside my veins.
Also, the hygiene levels are depressing. There is no soap to wash your hands after you've submitted your urine sample.
They also make you follow up a lot of times to get your reports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is most untidy and unclean diagnostic clinic I have ever seen. This is situated in a old house which seems never ever cleaned and renewated at all. The glasses are broken , lizard and rat sheet present at the entrance of the clinic. Some rooms are dumped as a backyard or store rooms. Washrooms are unclean. I will suggest not to select this clinic at all for simple consultation also. The insensible thing was I was waiting there for 1.5 hrs just to give my fasting blood sample.
