★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard a lot about food at Brik Oven and hence visited their Church Street outlet for a weekend lunch with friends.
Though the outlet is small and compact, the ambience is good and food was awesome.
We ordered:
✓ Smoked Chicken & Mushroom Pizza
✓ Anna Goes Vegan Pizza
✓ Cheese Garlic Bread
✓ Hangover Monster
✓ Brik Oven Lemonade
✓ Iced Tea
Both the pizzas came with generous toppings. The surprising part was that the pizza base was too soft that we had to hold with both hands to have the toppings and pizza slice together.
Loved the Brik Oven Lemonade such that felt like reordering it. Hangover Monster was great but slightly heavy on stomach due to mix of fruits. Iced tea was also nice.
Overall had a good experience, could have been great had the Manager behaved properly. I, being a food blogger, was taking pictures of the food (without disturbing others) to promote it on my food page even though I was paying for the food (they could have got free promotion) but he rudely asked me to sit down and stop.
Would suggest everyone to skip this outlet as ours is not the only case. Similar complaint about the Manager had happened with others too. Check other dining reviews of this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 Taste, very authentic perhaps not the best for an Indian pallet but very nuanced and layered
10/10 Pricing, perfect for a date
10/10 staff, very friendly, they let me go around and check out the oven and take photos freely
10/10 ingredients, I have observed that they have cans of imported Tomato (Sanmarzano's) from Italy
I'd recommend the Anna's and Mushrooms if you are a first timer
Easily one of my favourite places in Banglore!
Especially cuz it's so accessible through the Metro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places to have pizzas. Good taste, great varieties. Service is quick and polite. The only drawback is that you might have to wait 30 min for getting a table on most occasions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowded. But, good ambience and tasty dishes. It’s a very cramped up place with very few tables. So, make sure that you are ready to wait for at least 20 mins before getting a table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never eaten a garlic bread so tasty. Even the dessert we ordered was awesome. It was a lemon cheese cake. Everyone should try this at least once in their lifetime. Garlic bread loversssss Just don’t think of anything else I’ve been coming here from many years the taste has not changed a bit. Place is little small but good vibes. Amazing pizza.. Just love there garlic bread and pizza.

A lot of the dishes we wanted to try were not available on the menu on the day we went.
Food was great otherwise. The pizza dough was quite exceptional.
The smoke brownie was super disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pizza and ambience. This was the first time we had a meal here, but it wasn't our first attempt. Its a cosy little place but on weekends, the waiting time can be upwards of an hour. Fortunately, this time we were able to go on a weekday and got a table right away.
The staff is very friendly and courteous. They were always ready to take care of our requirements, and give helpful recommendations. The food here has a unique flavour and is a must-try. Absolutely loved the garlic bread and the shakes as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very convenient right in the middle of church Street bustling with crowd.
This place makes/bakes their own pizza from the scratch.
It's always best to eat it right away than ordering it online.
They have a wide variety of toppings both in veg and non veg. They also have beverages and shakes.
Overall it's a lovely place to explore.
Definately going back soon!
