The food is good. Okay but not great. The place is clean. The staffs were friendly. I visited on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't packed so not a crowded place. Overall worth the visit.

Café Noir was one of the first and most prominent French restaurant of Bangalore which was started by a French Expat Thiery. After more than a decade of its existence, it has now changed hands and run by Bangalore's foremost hospitality group VRO Hospitality which brings a keen eye for detail both in terms of great food and service. Chef Souvik Ray with his team dished out some classic Continental and American breakfast dishes with a great finesse of his own. The smoothies, pancakes, ragi cakes, croissant sandwiches all of them had an unique and welcome twist of its own. No prizes for guessing, that I loved the Eggs Benedict on Ham and steaming cup of cappuccino. Instead of English muffin, the Egg Benedict was served on a bead of Sourdough bread with peas compote and truffle oil - unique gourmet experience both for the eyes and the palate. If you love long and lazy breakfast, you cant afford to miss this place

Visit anytime of the day or week kind of place. Sunday brunch is ideal ? Regular English or French breakfast option or anything from the menu , you will not be disappointed. Good service , beautiful Bangalore weather and good company makes for a happy time.

I went to the UB City mall for the very first time and saw this French restaurant. We ordered cheese chilly baguette which was soo good that if I had any idea about what was to come next, I would have ordered 2 of them and would have left. Yes.. Next we had lasagna, which was no bad, but not soo good that I would recommend. Ooo then the horror came, we had ordered Some vegetarian burger, which we didn't event finish.. All an all, not a good experience. Note: I am vegetarian, so had vegetarian food only. Wouldn't talk about non - veg.. ?

I have alwzz got fetish for classy English breakfast and trust me there can't be a place better than this to gratify you to the core. I am just not able to express as to what is recommended and what is just extraordinary as everything was just OMG, fresh, gulp worthy and what not. Strongly recommended!!!

The place is located in a great spot. It's an open cafe so if you went on a hot day like did, then you wouldn't enjoy it much. Food is just ok but feels like it was not a valve for amont charged. 2k for 2 persons. So I would put this place under the posh category. +Point is that there were wines and spirits here. The staff were also ok. 1 person was very courteous and kind but the other 2 seemed like they were yet to be trained. Overall, I enjoyed visiting the place but did not feel happy getting out. Maybe next time during monsoon, I will give it another go

Located at the view point of UB CITY mall, Cafe Noir is good for having quality food and drinks. Mostly wine is served as alcoholic beverage and for non alcoholic there are other options. Service is good and ambience is fine. You can chose to sit in open space under the garden umbrella Or you can sit under the roof of the cafe. Both ways its not built within walls and you can enjoy the blow of natural air. For those who are price conscious, the price is towards the upper side. But if you want quality time... its a nice place to be. Don't forget the dessert, its yummy. CAUTION: Just like row of restaurants in Goa beaches where the sound of one restro can easily reach the other. You can also experience the same here because there are rows of restaurants here too.

Got the pizzas, sandwiches and the shakes, they tasted great. There is a little bit of wait, but the food makes up for it. The ambience is pretty good, the top floor of UB city has a lot to offer.
