★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michael kors is my go to brand be it for sunglasses, perfumes, ballerinas, bags and all of it. They have a very classy collection. They have something for everybody, you are never disappointed when you walk out of the MK store.
Ive always got what I've wanted and it does complete justice to the price. The quality is unbeatable. I've always had Mr. Sumit, Mr. Shuaib and Ms. Khusbhoo assist me during my shopping at their store and they are an amazing team. If you plan to go to ub city then I must say drop by their MK store its worth it:)

Sunday 31st Oct 5 PM... Went to the shop to buy sun glasses. Waited for few mins for someone to attend to. Tried to get attention of the folks.. after trying hard, the tall / fair looking guy comes in and blabbers something and goes away to answer a phone call. I wait for some more time and eventually had to leave the store. Store wasn't even very crowded...
Went to the other stores, in the same floor (much better experience) and then eventually bought the sun glasses from The Collective.

I usually call them before going and they are kind enough to share the pictures and also keep in mind my requirements. All the employees are extremely polite and gentle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a ladies handbag worth around around 30000 INR 3 weeks before. At the time of purchase the keeper at the store packed this handbag without its original box and poor package, I have address this issue with the store and they said they ran out boxes and packing supply. The keeper at the store also have told us that they will send the original packing materials and it’s box , but never received it yet.
