NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER is the perfect quote I can relate to when I have to speak about this place. Definitely not in a positive way. This store looks so grand, with all the well dressed staff and rich interiors which can make you feel this is best in town. But all the hype is just over rated when it comes to service and finishing. Wedding is one memorable event which anyone would dream of and will be ready to spend how much ever money we want to look good on our special day. This place, showing up their uniqueness by not giving any discounts in price and claiming all the designs are from MUMBAI and would take a lot of time in reaching customer. All these aspects made me feel like I've ordered in some premium designer wear and I would look stunning. But when I really wore it, I really felt the fitting was very very inappropriate. Inspite of all their drama of luxurious interiors and staff, they took my measurements for twice. And time they agreed to deliver my costume was 15 days, which again turned out to be 22 days. None of the staff, like not even one person from them follow-up on our orders, like we would not know if our costume is ready or not until we call them and beg for updates. Service: I visited this store for 2 times, before ordering and I felt so good about the hospitality, but the very next moment my order was placed, the owner or partner of the Store was rude enough ti order me to follow-up on my order, which even a roadside tailor would do it for us. Fitting: OMG!! This was the worst experience I had, which I never expected from this kinda so called BRAND. I was angry and at the same time laughing looking at my wedding TUXEDO. It was so baggy and you know what answer I got, they say we stitch it like this for the first round sir and again we fit it to the customer's body as fit as they want. The funny part was, I already gave them trials a week back this was already 21st day after placing my order and just 2 days left for my marriage. Such a pathetic time slot it was. And they call their tailor as MASTER. No offense on name, but I had to wait for 3.5 hours in their store coz master tailor was busy having lunch and other tasks. By god's grace I gave responsibility of just one costume at this store. Others to a normal Men's Wear tailors, who did much better job, better fitting, complete follow-up on delivery and delivered the order well before the time. Money, Stress, Time and Respect saved!!! Mark my words,.I would never come back to this store or would not prefer to my family and friends too.

Amazing service , right from the get go. I ordered 3 bridal lehangas all the way from Canada. Meraj boutique was absolutely professional in helping me getting the right measurements, customized the outfit as per my request , giving a preview before shipping and made sure I was absolutely satisfied. Tailor Mr. Ayaan has done an amazing job. It's a perfect stitch. Services at Meeraj are excellent. Staff is helpful and do everything possible to meet the customer's need. Store Manager Mr. Moosa helped me and my fiance in every possible manner. (Moreover, you'll get excellent tea as well?) I highly recommend this store for those looking for designer clothes for any special occasion.
