★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collections are good but customer service was really bad. They made us wait for very long time to do the fitting of clothes. And they spoiled the clothes after fitting. I would suggest not to choose this place for shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience, when we purchased they promised to give on time, inspite of remainder calls, alternation wasn't done, no proper response, the worst, irresponsible, rude and not customer friendly staff, I fixed this problem with owner, literally waited for an hour and got my gown done, I wouldn't visit this showroom ever again also I recommend others to be very careful in choosing this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer to this place for 7 years. Despite that they do not give a discount of a single penny. That can still be ignored provided the customer service is good. It is very upsetting that there is no value for a regular customer. Inspite of delivery charges being already paid I was made to pay an additional charge of Rs 300 since the porter through whom they sent the product could not locate and contact me. Moreover ,the porter agent who was a female came to deliver at 10PM. Who would expect delivery of a product at 10 PM? This was not even informed.
I would never ever buy a single product and also suggest nobody to buy from this place for their careless attitude towards the customers.
I checked the fitting after the product was received and I noticed that the length of the dress has not been reduced which was one of the requirements. Now, I have to get it altered elsewhere. Also, the finishing of the sleeves that was attached is not good at all. It will wear out really soon. The whole point of buying from this store has become an utter waste.
I dont think there is any point in contacting the number given below because when this entire drama of this delivery and unnecessary extra charge was happening one of the employees from this store was on call with me and the response was " Nothing can be done. Please bear the extra charges ".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shopped for products worth ₹20,000 here and first of all nobody in the store is interested to show any product. My mom being a customer was asking the sales staff to show something or the other. We were to fly back to our hometown as we had finished all our work. They promised to alter the outfits and give it to us the next evening. We waited and to be honest I called them thrice on the day they promised to hand over my outfits. Out of which they didn’t bother to pick the call or even make an effort to call back. I had to make another attempt and calling them for the third time to know the status of my outfits. Over the call they said it will be ready by 5:30pm. We went there by 6:00pm. To my surprise they made us wait for more than an hour and kept saying it’ll be ready in another 5 mins and that too multiple times. Even after waiting for so long they hadn’t even altered the outfit and thank God my mom insisted I try the outfit after alterations. You won’t believe they had barely made any changes. We took the dresses home without getting them altered. We extended our trip by a day so we could carry the outfits back home with us. Very sad that Clove didn’t live up to our expectations. If you can’t do your job right then don’t do it at all. Don’t waste the valuable time of your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never recommend any of my friends to visit this place. Extremely non punctual behaviour from the staff. They would agree to give you the dress in a day and when you go to collect the dress they will make you wait for more than 2 hours for the alterations. Me and My sister had told them multiple times that we had to get back to our native in a day, so we would need the dress by 6 and when we went to collect it, to my surprise they started altering when we went there. Staff is non friendly and no proper response. I wonder if they take these review suggestions seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, Could you please have a proper customer response team? You have your store in such a busy street of Bengaluru and that's how you treat your customer. Your people don't have even a slightest of the regret, for wasting our time. When you commit to a time, you should deliver by that time. Or else have the courtesy to call and inform. Because we have not got the dress for free and we have paid a huge amount (Without any discount). So at least, what you do is respect our time which will go in favour of everyone in the long run. We had clearly told you about the pick up time and yet you made us wait for more than 2 hours for the alterations. That too after 2 hours when we tried our outfit, it was barely altered as per our requirement. Hope you guys understand, what's the loss for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer here from past 4 years... they have a very wide variety of clothing selection for all the occasions.. from simple elegant dresses to heavy bridal collection. Also they do alteration for any dress you buy here. And the alterations will be perfect for your body fit.
I would like to mention a recent incident here which I experienced first time in this store.
I had bought a gown here in January. After wearing one time , the lining material got torn and the stitching had come off on all sides. So immediately I called up the store and explained the issue. They asked to get the dress to the store.
Upon checking the dress and having few discussions, they sent the dress to the factory and got the lining changed and gave back the dress to me.
This has been a very nice gesture from the shop owner and really looking forward to continue shopping here..
