★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had there been a negative or zero rating in Google, I would have given that to these people. They messed up with my wedding lehenga. The measurement design everything was completely different. The owner is pathetic, her behaviour with customers is just not acceptable. Manyawar Mohey referred them so I went to these people. Even a 500 rs tailor stitches better than them. These people call themselves professionals but they are not. You can't call yourself that by just knowing how to take measurement. Pathetic!!!! In case anyone is planning to visit them, please don't. They will mess up. Grow up please don't mess up with people like that.. Go learn etiquettes first then come out in public to serve.

Customer service here by the staff is good but the owner (a young lady) is by far the most arrogant business owner I have seen. She’s the only reason why I left behind all my items at the counter and didn’t proceed with the purchase. She was behaving as if she was doing us a favour selling us clothes.
Most of the items in this shop are from Meena wholesaler down the road. So spare yourself the horror of meeting an arrogant business owner and walk a few steps down to road to find the same material at a lot more affordable place with friendlier staff and owner!

Had to end up buying the lehange with the best design and quality.? this guys have the best design in the entire commercial Street. In terms of professionalism I would rate 10/10 to the store and the person who guided us in selecting Mr. Saqib . thank you for the advice ✌kudos WOW store. I will surly visit the store again

They just want to loot you. Once they get the money they will not entertain any requests or alterations.
We told them to do the alterations on gowns and suites but they didn't do it.
So in short Just avoid them.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and Saqib just knows his work! A perfect salesman.
