Brown Shop has been our go to store for decades and this time I took my husband along to introduce him to the collection and ease of shopping experience with Brown Shop. And both were very impressed not just with the offerings but the level of service as well. The bag we selected was not available in the color we wanted. So Zayaan arranged this for us and had it delivered to our residence soon after. He followed up and tracked the delivery to ensure it was successfully delivered and the communication was constant that also built faith. I personally have been going to the store for years and always recommend shopping here for bags, this time we experienced great service too and thankful to Zayaan and his team. Highly recommended shopping place for bags coupled with great service.

They have good collection at reasonable price(at times better than online price) They understand customer requirements and suggest accordingly. Moreover they delivered luggage to given address. Really good company discounts are available on a wide range of luggage and exchange of old suitcases with new is available with Rs1000 off. I would recommend this shop to everyone and am happy to come here again. Most appreciative of the service !

Zuhayr is professional , detail oriented and very calm in answering all our questions .He made sure to show all the varieties in their shop patiently. Without bargaining got decent discount.
This luggages had lesser Priceline than online. The same luggage was priced at extra 2k rupees in nearby shop. Will definitely shop again :)

This one beats them all with not just top quality products with low pricing but also limited editions which you dont find else where. Have been using the suitcase for quiet sometime and very happy i made the right choice.. credits goes to the owner and the sons of the shop who will recommend you exactly for your travel need and not any more. AMAZING DISCOUNTS!
