★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought defective transparent straps and went to return it. The first response was no without checking. I asked them to check it and they were trying to convince me that it wasn’t defective. I showed them the defect. It didn’t stretch at all ,therefore useless. They acted like they did me a favour and replaced it. They were rather rude and having shopped there for years I decided never to go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraudulent behavior with the billing!! I had showed the Paytm App which said Payment done and still they refused to accept the screen and said that whatever debited would be credited back. Asked me pay again if I wanted to make my purchase. When asked again on what's to be done if it doesn't happen, I was assured that I can always connect back with them.
It's proved by Paytm that it's a double debit, and they refuse to payback the amount. Disgusting behaviour of always dodging calls when calling for follow up.
It's been a month now! I wish there was a zero ? rating because they don't deserve a single one.
