★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very unhappy by their service. They take pride for their unprofessional tailoring. The tailor is not available when they call u and then you have to wait there. Please don't fall for the positive reviews. They do simple stitching, not the type which a student who has studied fashion designing can do . Because if you are someone who really wears designer clothes all the time, you will not like their stitching.
You can easily make out that there is nothing designer in what they do. It's a simple tailor shop. They just stitch it somehow. If you want it perfect like the ones you buy from big showrooms like Satya Paul and Manyavar or Soch. Please don't go to this Naina Botique, they can't even stitch like that. That level is not provided here. It will just look like a cheap copy , not original.
Not only did they waste my material but also wasted my time. Mine was a gown. The zip doesn't close after several repairs and the fitting is extremely worse. Trials were a disaster and the damage was beyond repair. It was not of correct fitting. I did 3 trials and finally I gave up and decided to just leave this issue and move on because what's done is done. I learnt it the hard way. Never going for these type of Botique where tailors are not certified by NIFT or Pearl Academy. The inside finishing of the dress is not smooth. Looks like a normal tailor's work, not a designer work. The tailor thought he knows everything and wasn't ready to listen to my suggestions. Even while taking measurements I clearly told him that he was measuring wrong but he said, "you stand straight, I know what I'm doing." They also had the sample photo in their phone but it was not the same stitch in the end. While trial attempt thrice, I was not happy and asked them to do again and their reply was that we cannot change that measurement now. I was really fed up. Now the dress doesn't even sit on my waist. The looks are very cheap. It's been 1 year, I have never worn it after I got from them because it looks ridiculous. It's nothing like the photo I showed them. My 10k went in vain. The overall output is not worth 10k. My dress was re-done by them several times and still it wasn't worth it. They also kept my dress for 3 weeks. At last I got fed up and took my dress back. I may have to get it repaired from a professional designer , someone who has studied from NIFT. They are also very impatient and they get irritated if you ask them questions. Please don't go here if you are looking for high standards. You'll be dissatisfied and drained out mentally and financially. Go to a female tailor if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got all my wedding dresses along with my Wedding and Reception outfit from Naina Boutique and wow, what an incredible service. I'm very choosy and selective with my choice of clothing and Naina Boutique did not disappoint me at all. Except for 3-4 dresses, No othet dresses needed even minor alterations. I totally got 47 dresses from Naina Boutique and knowing that almost all of them didn't need any kind of alterations says a lot about their work and service. I was hesitant at first, because I'm used to more expensive and bespoke designers. But my freind pushed me to get it done fron here and it was amazing. Thank you Naina Boutique. You have earned yourself a loyal client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They stitched a blouse which did not have anything extra but the charge was 2000, work is not great after the end result, the tailoring is unprofessional, they tell many jargon on purpose just to confuse people, don't fall for that. I waited a whole day to get my blouse and had to stay nearby and couldn't go home since it was extremely late.

They said they will deliver the blouse for my wife on 27th , went there in the morning and then three times during the day, i think they started stitching at 5pm , when I am telling that we are coming from far and need to travel back. The work was not that special either, nothing out of the world or perfect, not worth 2000 rupees. They kept lying that we polished, steamed etc etc etc . Bad experience. First and last time we went there.
