Encroachment of lobby area and unauthorized covering balcony is bringing bad look to society.
Club house is useless and So is Gym.

Worst place to live in..
No groceries stores, no veggies...
No govt. Power supply, runs only on digital generators electricity. 22 hours DG and rest 2 hour darkness. .
Water is even worst.. Smells hell. Water purifiers requires servicing every month.
The day Gardener water the parks and plant, whole Society smells like..yukkkk!
Please be careful before investing and even for ranting also. . Talk to any single person who lives there, will get to know everything.
Beware of Agents there.

The tranquility of this place is amazing, the aura of this place is positive.
The quality of fitments tell a lot about this builder.
I am told that Tata Steel is used in this projects which makes it extra safe for seismic activity.
Have reduced one star for the size of the club.

Nice swimming pool.
Well ventilated flats.
Good sunlight inside flats.
Nice garden.
Nice jogging track.
Well maintained and fully equipped gym.
Club house with kitchen.
Only Rs. 2 / sq ft maintenance.

Here is the concluded message.
1. Extremely pool construction quality. Balconies are falling off. Almost in every tower.
2. Tiles on floor coming out
3. High Risk for kids as balconies falling apart anytime
4. Seepage problem in most of the flat, paint is coming out and falling off
5. Basement has constant seepage problem, you can't park your car unless you want free wash. During rain basement becomes swimming pool
6. Tower B faces sewer water, smells bad and mosquitoes breeds
7. Solar hot water system is not working since years, no usage at all. Be ready to install geysers
Inside Insights :
1. High maintenance
2. Builder not repairing the fallen balconies, core structure of building has become risk due to poor construction quality and bad material used during construction
3. Car parking is too tight, two SUV can't fit side by side, otherwise it will hit doors to each other
4. There has been many incidents of lift operation, people/kids being stuck in life
