1 death. Shame on them and many such builders for cheating people's hard earned money and playing with their lives!!! Please go search the building name on YouTube for more info!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly constructed society. Greed has taken all heights here this society multiple towers are declared unfit for living. I petty on homebuyers who had put their life saving here and in return getting nothing. This greed can be seen all over NCR be it other builders like Supertech, Amarpali, JP etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly built apartment buildings, yet needing such extensive repairs on the exterior. Refer to photos attached closely and you will see the extent of cracking and damage in the buildings, it's everywhere! The photos also show the patchy repair jobs (some of which are currently underway) hidden behind the obvious coats of fresh paint!
Definitely makes one question the overall quality of construction, longevity of these buildings and most importantly, the integrity of the builder.
I hope those buying apartments in the neighbouring Chintels Serenity visit and see the state of Paradiso before putting their money down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Editing my review on my earlier view. As a human you cant see whats inside the wall and you admire whats appears to be beautiful to your eyes.
Its a catastrophic place to live due to its weak construction quality, There has been an incident of 6 floors collapsing resulting in 2 deaths and more critical injury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The culprits should be hanged due to latest incident which resulted in death of 2 residents of the society. Worst builder. Poorest quality of building material used for construction. Better safe than sorry. Avoid staying or buying any flat in this society.
