Also the agreement of finishing interior prior to handover is fishy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not on expected lines, bad service, builder cheating buyers taken full payment 1 and half years ago and not completed flat. Says work going on but after visiting found my flat in same position no work done at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After delays/ false promises/ few quality issues, I moved into Tourmaline in Aug. The ambience and civil works construction is good. Though the facility management appears responsive, the decision making at higher echelons in Corporate Office lacks. A large no of owners literally begging Customer Support for possession keys even after making full payment more than a year back. Hope the senior management looks after the interest of residents and the owners yet to move in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is still under development. Poor maintenance, rough patches and debris all around.
No functional gym and swimming pool.
And most important downside is the exorbitant electricity bill. They charges Rs 25 per unit for DG and they keep the electricity supply on DG even if a normal supply is available. In the month of April, 2022 there was no electricity supply for 4 days due to ATS transformer issue and they charged hefty amount of Rs 800 per day from each of the flat.
