★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a flat via MCG draw in 2017. The project is delayed by more that 1 year, Builder giving excuses of covid, all payments done 1 year back. Quality of construction is also not that good it's outsourced by OSB. Government Inspection for quality of construction should be done. It should not become another case like Chintels Paradiso which is also located in sector 109.
