★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying at this very Location for the past 1.5 years now. Extremely poor management and after sales. Basic necessities are not fulfilled. Gym, Pool, Playing Courts are in a bad state. And it all falls on deaf ears of the middle Management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sales person Sh.Ashok Kumar has explained very well. The location of the project is good.The structure is complete and internal work is to be done over a period of one year. The payment structure is 50 at the time of booking and 50 at the time of possession. The inventory is being sold seems to be over price at the Book- Price is Rs.7350/- sq feet+ GST, extra parking cost Rs.300000/- + Rs.100000/- interest free maintenance. All internal fixtures like modeler kitchen, wordrop etc has to be done by purchasers themself. In addition registration charges is 5,6 or 7% is chargeable as applicable for ladies, ladies+Gents or only Gents respectively. Other things may be clarify from the sale point at site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb location, on the Delhi Haryana border. Run around balconies on both sides of the apartment, two apartments per floor in all but 3 towers. Relatively low density project. Next to ATS Tourmaline and Sobha International City. In all, a good place to stay and start the day.
