★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My net is not working since yesterday nobody even concerned to pick up the call for registering the complaint...and the services are so bad that even if they register your complaint they don't even bother to come and solve the problem... there wifi services are so bad that there net only works 3 days a week out of 7 ...they have provided us three numbers for registering any kind of complaint ....but what they do is they will switch off all the numbers so you will not even be able to register the complaint.... Anyone who is interested in making fool of themselves can go to there office and have taste of there poor quality services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class internet service... The are weekly internet outages. They have poor management and customer retention skills. No internet here from last 3 days. They just pick up the phone rarely and give the same standard reply. No technician came yet to resolve it. Im working from home and it has caused financial loses to me. 10/10 not recommended. Pathetic people I hope they'll shut down ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am regretting that I have chosen this network. One of the worst network & customer service. every single day my office calls get dropped due to their poor & unstable connection. First I thought it was my routers problem but then when I checked with dual band router, the problem still persist even though I sat near the router but network still dropped.
and now when I am asking to provide me the fiber network, they said now they can't change the plan. I don't recommend this network to anyone.
After connecting Fiber connection I am still having issue.. The main point is there network is pathetic so you cannot expect good service from them.. it's better you should go for some other network. My plan is now expiring and I am looking for new service provider.
