Ski Networks is best internet provider in my Area because of Good Speed provided in cheaper price and I am using Ski Networks service from last 8 years and there is not any major issue so pls Go for Ski Networks service. You will not face any problem. All are very helpful person as well. If you stay in badlapur so I will suggest you to go to Ski Networks service only ?

Chose this network after many positive reviews .
Although it is slightily costly than other available services in badlapur, It is all with every rupee. They never Ignore your calls or complaint..Which saves all the headache in case there is some problems.
Network speed is also good.
Customer service is great, they attend for your every small queries..strongly reffered..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been calling them for few days regarding internet is giving me more downtime than usual.
1) both customer service numbers always busy no one calls back.
2) at the time of renewal i got their new number i called them and he said please call on customer service number.
3) at the time of renewal they're very punctual to call you and follow up. But after that service becomes worse.
If you have work from home in this pandemic i will request get another connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet service is not good. Every night facing slowness issue.
Now facing issue in day time as well. Internet got disconnect very frequently. I would suggest please dont take any connection from ski net. They will give good promises at the time of installation but afterwards they will not respond you. Worst worst worst network. They are not capable for 1rating. @pankaj Lidhure you are owner of ski network so request you to please look into on priority as your staff never respond users on priority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The network is OK.I am using since 2 months Only I am facing network issue ,as 20 mbps plan must give me a better speed.I face issue only in the morning when I am about to start my work which irritates me. I have given a complaint long back but dint receive any improvement in service. Still good to go with it.hope will get more improve in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always there is failure of connection. Also staff is relatively slow in response. Always getting excuse like our staff is busy in resolving another complain. When the connection is lost, and you try to call them, their call will be always busy. And if call is not busy and getting ring, no-one will pick-up the call. Frustrated with this. I have been always paying the payment well in advance for a year. Still no value of the customer here. Don't go for Sky Net if you want proper service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you really want continues good service dont go to these guys specially their customer service reperesntative Girl name Bhagyashree, i had my plan expired 3 days back and they seem sent me one msg which i cant find and one call...and when i called her back to ask as their website didnt show anything to be paid from my side she had an answer saying we called you once it should been your responsbilty to call us back like her number is the only number we have on the phone and we cant miss that for any reason.........i being their loyal customer for more than 10 yrs this is what their improved service is........guys if you all really need to keep up with your services please keep welll behaved staff so that your name is not spoiled.very poor behaviour and customer service.
