I was denied discount!!
They're selling arrow shirts manufactured in 2016 as fresh stock in Oct 2017 with no discount....
Which factory outlet sells fresh stuff? OR STUFF AT no discount ??
WHY DO WE GO TO A FACTORY OUTLET THEN?
EVEN ARROW REGULAR SHOWROOMS HAVE DISCOUNT ON THE BASIC PRODUCTS!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience today which i never expected from such a big store. I did some shopping & at the time of Billing they said that credit card is not acceptable & i was so shocked. Every small shop accepts credit card these days, so it was very disappointed for me as i was not carrying any debit card that day. I also suggested to get paytm or any mode of online payment but they denied. It was a horrible experience for me as this was the first time i have faced this issue at such a big outlet. So guys, carry cash if you want to shop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Brand Factory store at Zirakpur Near Chandigarh is cheating the customers. I selected a shirt ,it was offered in 50% discount category .Once I finalized to purchase it , at the time of billing they said it is having 30% discount only. I discussed with owners/Managers also and demonstrated them that it is kept in 50% discount shelf , they said it is due to employee fault. Since I have invested 1 hour to finalize the shirt , so ultimately I have to purchase it at 30% discount. Else they offered , you select some other shirt . They have no sense of responsibility. For alteration in length of trousers, they said today tailor has gone , so you try on some other day. It is total disregard to customer's time and money. There is no advantage of discount , ultimately you end up with paying higher amount.
